How the Program Works:
- Each of your players that you put on the program will get a unique login to our training program.
- They can log in to the website on a computer or they can use the mobile app to view the entire program right from their phone at any time.
- Once the player logs on they will see a dashboard with all 4 of the aspects of training: Skill training, Calisthenics training, Mental training and Nutrition guidelines.
- The program has PDF's and videos breaking down every aspect of the program including the skill and calisthenic workouts, how to do every drill and exercise, the mental training lessons and the nutrition guidelines.
- The player uses the program resources to follow along and complete the 12 week program step by step.
- The player will have access to the program forever, so if they ever want to train again they can repeat the program and get even more benefits from the training.
What's Included in the Program:
The program has 3 different versions divided by position: Point Guards, Wings, and Posts. Every position will get 12 weeks of Position Specific Skill Workouts, Full Body Calisthenic Workouts, Mental Toughness/ Emotional Intelligence Training, and Nutrition Guidelines based on each player's goals.
Skills Training- 5 skill workouts per week (est. time to complete 45 mins) that get more challenging as the weeks go on. There's a big emphasis on ball handling because if all your players can handle the ball you immediately become harder to guard. Other skills such as finishing and shooting are developed consistently throughout the program as well.
Calisthenics Workouts- 3 full body calisthenics (body weight) workouts per week that can be completed at home with very minimal equipment. The workouts progress to a higher difficulty as the program goes on and are designed to build muscle and prevent injuries in your players muscles, joints and ligaments due to the high strain basketball puts on those areas of the body.
Mental Training- 12 mental toughness/ emotional intelligence lessons taught by a psychologist with a PhD in Organizational Psychology. He coaches multiple NCAA teams in the same lessons taught in this program. Some examples of lessons from the mental program are breaking down energy levels, how to become self aware of what you need to improve on, how to take action on what you become aware of, and how to help your team become aware and make changes based on what you discover.
Nutrition Guidelines- This isn't a diet program, we just give the player guidelines on what they should be eating, what they should be staying away from, how much to eat based on their eating goals and their ideal playing weight. This aspect of training is to make sure the athlete is getting the most results out of their calisthenics training.
We can make the program custom for your team if you already have one or more of these aspects covered and want to add the other aspects to your team's training this summer.
Team Pricing:
$225 team fee + $40 per player you want on the program (Team fee is waived if 10+ players sign up)
There are different ways teams can breakdown paying for the program.
- Some teams have a big enough budget that they can pay for all of their players to be on the program, or can pay for some and decrease the price per player
- Some teams have a group of parents 'sponsor' the whole team to be on the program
- Some teams have each individual player pay for themself. If you have some players that may not be able to afford it, usually another parent can 'sponsor' that player
- Some teams fundraise to put their team on the program
