Who We Are:

We are a complete online basketball training academy that provides high level training programs that can be done 100% at home. Our programs are packed with high level drills and workouts and include PDFs and videos explaining every aspect of the program to ensure you are never lost or confused by anything. Our current programs are 12 weeks long and teach you more than you could possibly learn training by yourself or by hiring a personal trainer.

Program Overview:

Our programs are broken into 3 positions: Point Guards, Wings, and Posts. There is some overlap between the positions for certain skills, such as ball handling and shooting, but each position has a focus on specific skills that they need to learn if they want to play that position effectively. Each program is made up of 4 aspects of training that we call "Fundamentals of Training."

Skills Training- 5 skill workouts per week (est. time to complete 45 mins) that progress and get more challenging as the weeks go on. There's a big emphasis on ball handling because if all your players can handle the ball you immediately become harder to guard. Other skills such as finishing and shooting are developed consistently throughout the program as well.

Mental Training- 12 sports psychology/ mental toughness lessons taught by a Phd in psychology who coaches multiple NCAA teams in the same lessons taught in this program. Some examples of lessons from the mental program are energy levels, how to become self aware of what you need to improve on, how to take action on what you become aware of, and how to help your team become aware and make changes based on what you discover.

Calisthenics Workouts- 3 calisthenics (body weight) workouts per week that can be completed at home with very minimal equipment. The workouts progress to a higher difficulty as the program goes on and is designed to build muscle and prevent injuries in your players muscles, joints and ligaments due to the high strain basketball puts on those areas of the body.

Nutrition Guidelines- This isn't a diet program, we just give the player guidelines on what they should be eating, what they should be staying away from, how much to eat based on their eating goals and their ideal playing weight. This aspect of training is to make sure the athlete is getting the most results out of their calisthenics training.

How We Know We Can Help You

My name is Bruce Bright Jr, I'm going into my 4th season playing college basketball and I've learned a ton about the game itself and how to prepare your body to be the best player you can be. We also have multiple coaches helping put together information here at EBA for players that are dedicated to improving their game. Everything we teach is either information that college coaches tell their players, information that I've gotten from other college players or something that I have done myself to train and seen results from. So, we can guarantee everything we teach is high level and will give you the results you are looking for.

Going into my freshman year of high school I was cut from the freshman basketball team. That fall, I again fell short of making the team and the same result was true for the spring tryout, a year later where I did not make the JV team at my high school. Finally, a full year and a half after I got cut from the freshman team, I made the JV team at my high school for the first time. I went on to be one of the best players at my school and was one of only 2 players to continue playing basketball in college. 

I know what it takes to make a basketball team, develop your game and become an unrecognizable force on the floor. My mission is to help as many players who are in the position that I was in to reach their goals and play basketball for as long as possible.

Personal Basketball Trainer: $30-$50 per hour for 12 weeks = $3600

Elevate Basketball Training Program: $197 Total = $2 per day or $16 per week

Not only is our program more affordable, it is of higher quality than any personal trainer you will hire. I personally know coaches that train kids and rarely is there any long term plan. The coach just runs the kid through a series of drills (usually made up on the spot) collects his money and moves on.
